Anxiety disorders are the most common illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older. That’s 18.1% of the population every year. Anxiety disorders are highly treatable, yet only 36.9 % of those suffering receive treatment. Anxiety disorders develop from a complex set of risk factors, including genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and life events. Anxiety stays with a person because they are scared about the thoughts in their head. Anxiety needs to continue to be scary to destruct your life. Anxiety is curable and you don’t have to live with it forever. Anxiety is a mind thing and we don’t realize the power it has to make decisions in your everyday life. Anxiety manifests through your fears. If you think open-mindedly about fear it is false evidence appearing real, and you spend your energy over thinking solutions to a non-existent problem and become stuck in a thought/emotional loop.
